Electrician

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electrician to take on a varied and rewarding position. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work for our clients across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

Key responsibilities include:

•       Carrying out domestic and commercial electrical installations

•       Testing, inspecting, and certifying electrical installations in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules) and Victorian requirements

•       Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults efficiently

•       Installing switchboards, lighting, power points, and wiring systems

•       EV charging point installations (desirable but not essential)

•       Completing all relevant compliance certificates, ESVs, and paperwork accurately

•       Representing the company professionally with clients at all times

•       Taking full responsibility for the company van assigned to you — keeping it clean, roadworthy, registered, and properly stocked at all times

•       Caring for and accounting for all tools assigned to your van, reporting any loss or damage promptly

•       Carrying out physically demanding tasks including digging, working at height, entering roof spaces and rooftops, working under buildings, and operating in confined spaces
