Northwest Electrical Solutions is expanding, and we're on the lookout for skilled Electricians and/or 4th year apprentice Electrician to join our team servicing the North West coast of Tasmania.

Launceston, Hobart and Northwest Electrical Solutions specialise in high-quality electrical, solar and mechanical installations across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. With a strong reputation for reliability, safety, and customer service, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a supportive, team-based environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Tasmanian Electrical Licence or HVAC Qualifications

• White Card and current Driver’s Licence

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A safety-first mindset and professional attitude

• Previous experience in HVAC or Solar installations would be advantageous

Highly Regarded Experience:

• Residential or Commercial solar Installations

• HVAC or mechanical qualifications

• Confident with technology and job management apps

• Interest in progressing into a leadership role
