Newcastle Electricians is seeking a motivated and reliable 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice to join our team servicing Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens and the Hunter Region. This is an excellent opportunity to continue developing your skills while working alongside experienced electricians across a variety of residential, commercial and maintenance projects.

About the Role

As a 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice, you will work closely with qualified electricians and be involved in:

• Residential electrical installations and maintenance

• Commercial electrical projects

• Fault finding and repairs

• Lighting and power installations

• Switchboard upgrades

• Smoke alarm installations and testing

• General electrical maintenance

• Assisting with project planning and job completion

  
  

What We're Looking For

• Currently completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology (3rd Year Apprentice)

• Must be progressing through either 3rd or 4th year of electrical apprenticeship

• Must hold a current driver's licence

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Commitment to workplace safety

• Well presented and professional attitude

• Exceptional customer service skills

  
  

Desirable

• Experience in residential and commercial electrical work

• Working at Heights ticket

• EWP ticket

• White Card

• Any additional electrical or safety certifications

• Police Checks and Working with Children's Checks
