We are looking for a qualified Solar Technician / Electrician to join our growing team. This role offers the perfect mix of variety: you’ll spend roughly half your time on residential solar installations, and the rest on general electrical work. Plus, if you want to expand your skill set or already have the tickets, air conditioning work is available.

$60 – $75 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Commission on top – your effort directly boosts your take-home pay
Clean and Tidy Van, iPad, Uniforms and a shed fridge full of beer!
Paid toolbox meetings every other week
Regular team dinners/cheeky pub trips
Generous Christmas bonuses
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential solar systems.
Complete general electrical work across residential and light commercial sites.
Take on optional air conditioning work (if you're keen to use or expand your skills).
Maintain a high standard of workmanship, safety, and customer service.
Current Electrical Licence (A-Grade or state equivalent)
SAA Accreditation for grid-connect solar (or actively working towards it)
Valid Australian driver’s licence
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail
Ability to work independently and gel with a team
