Power to the Max Electrical is a boutique electrical services provider mostly servicing and based in Bayside, Melbourne. We have been servicing Melbourne’s south-east and eastern suburbs since 2019 and are growing!

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced A Grade Electrician to join our motivated team. Working in the small to medium commercial and new build residential space, this role presents an opportunity to utilise your skills, knowledge, and experience.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Working with single phase & three-phase equipment

• Attending maintenance call outs including fault finding and providing solutions for clients

• Installing new and upgrading switchboards

• Working on new domestic builds

• Working on small to medium commercial sites and applying OHS practices

• Working with and guiding apprentices

• Communicating with management through all the job stages from quote to invoice 

• Efficient time management is a must

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

• A-Grade qualified with up-to-date knowledge and technical skills

• Determination to provide exceptional customer service and a proven track record for quality workmanship and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients

• Positive mindset and proactive attitude

• Ability and aptitude to problem-solve confidently and competently

• Experience with rough-in and fit off work

• Prior residential, domestic and commercial electrical experience

• Experience running own business prevoiusly highly regarded

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and hold the following:

• Qualified Victorian A Grade Licence

• Current Drivers Licence

• OH&S Induction Training for the Construction Industry (white card)

• 3-4yrs + A Grade experience

• Working at heights certifications preferred but not essential
