About the Opportunity
An established and growing organisation within the industrial and water solutions sector is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected provider of pumping and fluid handling equipment servicing customers across mining, industrial, municipal and infrastructure industries.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Performing workshop and field service activities on pumps, motors and associated equipment
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and maintenance
  • Preparing accurate service reports and documentation
  • Installing, commissioning and monitoring equipment performance
  • Providing technical feedback and recommendations to customers during service visits
  • Inspecting and testing equipment prior to customer dispatch
  • Cleaning, dismantling, repairing and rebuilding pumps, mixers and related systems in both workshop and onsite environments
  • Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction
  

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience as an Electrical Fitter, Service Technician or similar field service role
  • A recognised Electrical Trade qualification in WA
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive approach to safety and quality
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service outcomes
