AMP Recruitment is working with industry-leading switchboard manufacturers across Brisbane, seeking experienced Workshop Electricians to join their teams. Key Responsibilities

Assemble and build switchboards to meet precise client specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Mentor and oversee tradespeople and apprentices, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize design and manufacturing processes.
Ensure all switchboards meet Australian Standards and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during assembly and testing.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Switchboard Builder.
QLD Electrical trade certificate or experience within a similar environment
Thorough understanding of electrical systems and industry regulations.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
