About the Role

Are you a skilled electrician looking for a refreshing change, job security, and a clear path to career growth?

All Ground Electrical Services is expanding, and we have a massive new project kicking off! We have just secured the electrical contract for a brand-new over-50s lifestyle village in Canungra, encompassing 100 new homes plus state-of-the-art community centre facilities.

We are looking for a licensed electrician to join our growing team. Whether you want to focus heavily on this major residential/commercial build or mix it up with our diverse pipeline of maintenance and high-end construction work, you will never get bored here.

Start Date: Immediate start available for the right applicant, or kicking off from Early July 2026.

What We Are Looking For

We want someone who thrives in a team environment, takes pride in their trade, and is eager to grow with us.

Requirements:

• A fully qualified, licensed Electrician with strong knowledge of Australian Electrical Standards.

• A background in residential high volume new builds

• Excellent communication skills when dealing with clients and other trades.

• A sharp problem-solver with strong attention to detail (for digital reporting and documentation).

• A positive attitude, team player mentality, and pride in keeping sites clean and tidy

Bonus Skills (Highly Advantageous but not essential):

If you have any of the following, we definitely want to know about it:

• Dual trade (Electrical/Refrigeration)

• Open Cabler’s License / Data experience
