Qualified Electrician | Leading Hand – High-End Residential | Sutherland Shire & Eastern Suburbs

Better Electrical Co is a young, growing team delivering premium electrical work across Sydney's best homes — luxury residential, architectural renovations, commercial retail stores and more. We're known for quality workmanship and looking after our clients (and our team). We're hiring 1–2 qualified electricians who take genuine pride in their work.

If you care about doing things properly, communicate well, and want variety beyond standard domestic work, we want to hear from you.

What you'll need:

• Current NSW electrical licence (Capstone completed)

• Australian driver's licence

• White card

• Strong communication and a professional, presentable manner

• Attention to detail and the initiative to run jobs well

• Willingness to travel across Sydney (most work is Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, and Sutherland Shire)

Nice to have:

• Experience in high-end residential, renovations, or smart home/automation work

• Both domestic and commercial background — though we'll train and upskill the right person
