EBA Site FMCG Manufacturing Maintenance A-Grade Electrician Urgently required

• Shift – ARVO's 10PM-6AM Sunday - Thursday 
• $55-60PH+ LOADING + super - Paid Hourly + OT Rates / Penalties

We are seeking a permanent Maintenance Electrician on behalf of our client, a highly successful FMCG manufacturing business. This organisation operates a state-of-the-art facility supplying major retailers nationwide and is known for its strong safety culture, long-term stability, and investment in its people and technology.

The role
excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-resourced site with modern equipment and strong systems in place. The role offers a mix of project work and installations, alongside preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnostics, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the efficient day-to-day operation of plant and production equipment
• Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and machinery
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to minimise downtime
• Participate in plant upgrades, projects, and process improvements
• Operate, maintain, and service production machinery
• Provide technical support and guidance to the production team
• Ensure compliance with Quality, OHS, GMP, and HACCP standards at all times

Experience:

• Trade qualified A-Grade Electrician with a minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Experience working within structured maintenance systems, including CMMS
• Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
