Full Time Role: Full time position earning from $55-65/hr (Based on experience) + Super + OT

About the Role
Our company values quality workmanship, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to our core values. We have both Leading Hand and Electrician positions available in our commercial teams and residential teams. You will work across a wide range of projects, not limited to but including;
Commercial projects (Childcares, Fuel Stations, Industrial Units, Office Fit Outs)
High end residential new builds ($2.5 to $15 mill+ builds)
Large Industrial Fan Installations
You will be required to work in a team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality installations in line with ECQ & national standards
Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
Managing your time and tasks to keep projects on schedule
Working closely with project managers, clients, and other trades
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Representing the business professionally on-site
The Team Leader role responsibilities will also include:
Leading small teams on-site
Coordinating materials, labour, and workflow
Mentoring apprentices and junior tradesmen
Communicating directly with builders and site supervisors
Taking ownership of project outcomes, quality, and deadlines
What we expect:
Qualifications: Electrical license, current drivers licence, white card, and own tools (Additional licenses will be highly regarded)
Experience: Minimum 4 years post trade experience (Experience in commercial or high-end residential builds is highly regarded)
Professionalism: A strong commitment to high standards of workmanship and client service.
Leadership & Initiative: Able to work independently, manage your own projects, and mentor apprentices.
