As we continue to grow across Melbourne, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated A-Grade Electrician who can not only deliver exceptional electrical work, but also confidently quote, sell, and maximise opportunities on-site.

About the Role

This is more than just an electrical role.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently handle residential and light commercial electrical work while also identifying customer needs, quoting solutions, and converting opportunities into approved work.

You’ll be trusted to manage jobs from start to finish — building rapport with customers, presenting solutions professionally, and helping drive revenue through strong sales and service skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Residential and light commercial service & maintenance work

• Fault finding, repairs, upgrades, and installations

• Quoting work on-site using our systems

• Identifying additional opportunities and upselling where appropriate

• Converting quoted work into approved jobs

• Delivering outstanding customer service and communication

• Managing jobs from start to finish

• Using ServiceM8 & Flat Rate Now software

• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and presentation

• Working toward achievable KPI and sales targets

What We’re Looking For

You’re not just a great electrician — you’re confident with people, commercially minded, and motivated by results.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Hold a current A-Grade Electrical Licence

• Have strong residential service experience

• Can confidently quote and sell electrical solutions

• Understand how to maximise job value while genuinely helping customers

• Enjoy customer interaction and building trust

• Are motivated by performance and KPI targets

• Take pride in your work and professionalism

• Are organised, self-motivated, and reliable

• Have experience with A/C installs or solar (highly regarded but not essential)

Previous sales or service electrician experience is highly valued.

💰 $50–$60 per hour + performance bonuses + commission opportunities

📈 Realistic earnings of $140,000–$200,000+ per year for high performers
