Gaslec Safety is a growing Electrical and Plumbing company specialising in safety compliance inspections, electrical maintenance, plumbing services, and rectification works across residential, rental, and commercial properties throughout Melbourne.

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Qualified Electrical Maintenance Electrician to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who enjoys a variety of maintenance and compliance-based electrical work and is looking to be part of a professional, growing business.

About the role:

You will work both independently and alongside other electricians and plumbers carrying out a broad range of electrical maintenance and safety-related works, including:

• Electrical fault finding and repairs

• Switchboard upgrades and repairs

• Power point, lighting, and circuit installations and repairs

• Electrical and smoke alarm safety compliance inspections and rectification works

• RCD testing and verification

• Thermal imaging inspections

• Emergency electrical call-outs

• General residential electrical maintenance

• Commercial electrical maintenance and service work

• Preventative maintenance and safety upgrades

• Customer liaison

About you:

• Current A-Grade Electrical Licence

• Current Victorian Driver's Licence

• Experience in electrical maintenance and fault finding

• Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and well presented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Australian citizenship
