RED is seeking seven experienced Electricians to join a well-established operations and maintenance team working on a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Eastern Creek. Works will take place across scheduled shutdown periods commencing in July.
The Opportunity This role offers the chance to contribute to critical energy infrastructure within a structured and safety-focused environment. You will be working hands-on performing maintenance tasks as part of an experienced team.
This is a project-based role with defined work periods and strong earning potential through long shifts and penalty rates.
About the Project The works involve maintenance activities on a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), supporting essential infrastructure within the energy sector.
The project will run across multiple shutdown windows, offering consistent short-term work with a well-organised delivery team and clear scope.

About You You are a qualified electrician with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. You are reliable, adaptable, and experienced in maintenance environments, with the ability to work efficiently during shutdown periods.
You will bring:
- NSW Electrical Licence
- White Card
- LVR/CPR (within 12 months)
- Scissor Lift (SL) ticket – required for at least 4 positions
- PSSR 3.3 (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

- 6th – 10th July
- 13th – 17th July
- 10th – 14th August
- 17th – 19th August
