Robsin Electrical & Data is an established commercial electrical contractor working with a select group of builders across Sydney. Established in 2016, we’ve built strong relationships by doing things properly, planning well and delivering projects without surprises.

Our work includes commercial office fitouts, refurbishments and base build electrical upgrades, with projects typically ranging from $50k to $1M+.

We’re looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple commercial projects across Sydney.

This is a site-based leadership role suited to an experienced Leading Hand ready to step into a broader supervisory position, or an existing Site Supervisor looking to join a growing business with strong systems, long-term builder relationships and a supportive leadership team.

You’ll work closely with our Project Managers, builders and site teams to coordinate labour, maintain strong site relationships and drive project outcomes across a range of commercial projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and support Leading Hands, electricians and apprentices across multiple projects

• Coordinate labour, materials and resources to ensure projects run efficiently

• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues

• Maintain strong relationships with builders, site managers and clients

• Attend site meetings and represent the company professionally

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to company quality standards

• Identify and communicate project variations and scope changes

• Support project profitability through effective planning and labour management

• Mentor team members and contribute to developing future leaders within the business

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Electrician with commercial construction experience

• Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

• Experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors

• Strong understanding of commercial construction programs and site requirements

• Ability to build positive relationships with builders and clients

• A proactive approach to problem solving and project delivery

• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety and accountability
