Join Our Field Service Team!
All Star Access Hire is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to service and repair our fleet of access equipment out in the field. You’ll be visiting customer sites across Melbourne—every day is different, and you’ll be the face of our business on-site.
If you enjoy autonomy, solving problems, and working outdoors, this role is for you.
Your day will include
On-site servicing, inspections and repairs of access equipment
Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel faults
Responding to breakdowns and performing urgent site repairs
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Recording job details and parts used
Providing friendly and professional customer support
What you need
Trade qualifications in Auto Electrics, Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics or Fitting Preferred
Experience as a mechanic, diesel mechanic, auto electrician or similar role
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Current driver’s licence
Experience with Elevated Work Platform, Telehandler and/or Forklift maintenance is an advantage.
