The Role

Full-time licensed electrician role based in the Hills and Hawkesbury area. You'll work across premium residential homes — service and repairs, switchboard upgrades, EV charger installs, renovations, and solar-ready infrastructure. Jobs are managed in ServiceM8, your schedule is clear, your van is stocked, and the work comes to you consistently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Premium residential electrical — service, upgrades, renovations, new builds

• EV charger installations and solar-ready cabling

• Switchboard upgrades, safety switches, and fault finding

• Lighting installations

• Compliance certificates submitted on-site via ServiceM8

• Following a proven job checklist on every job

• Identifying and presenting genuine upsell opportunities to customers

• Representing the SEG brand in customers' homes at the highest standard

What We're Looking For

• Full Australian electrical licence — non-negotiable

• Strong communication skills — you can read the room and make customers feel confident

• You follow systems and checklists without needing reminders

• Clean presentation: uniform, van, professional conduct on site

• Residential experience — comfortable working in customers' homes

• Reliable — if you say you'll be there, you're there

• Open to using technology: ServiceM8, digital job cards, AI training tools

This Role Is NOT For Everyone

If you think SOPs are optional, struggle to communicate with homeowners, or are looking for somewhere to coast — this isn't the right fit. We have high standards. We also reward them.

The Package

• $50/hr+ depending on experience

• 5% commission on every upsell — no cap

• $100 monthly bonus per KPI target met

• Company vehicle, fully equipped
