ICE Engineering & Construction are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated Maintenance Electricians for maintenance and project works in Darwin NT We’re seeking qualified Electricians with a strong safety focus to support ongoing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across the smelter and plant facilities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Unrestricted NT Electrical Licence

• Right to work in Australia (citizen, resident or valid work visa)

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Fit for work – able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

• Ability to work in a Major Hazard Facility and comply with safety standards

• Commitment to safe work practices, permit systems and lock-out/tag-out procedures

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience in heavy industrial, mining or smelting environments

• Knowledge of HV/LV systems, motors, drives and PLCs

• High-Risk Work Licence (WP, EWP, Forklift)

• Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

• Inexperienced but motivated electricians with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
