Electrician Supervisor - East to North Sydney

About the role

Crown Electrical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Tradesman & Supervisor to join our team in Sydney. As an Electrical Tradesman & Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of electrical installations and maintenance tasks across our commercial and residential projects in the East to North Sydney suburbs. This is a full-time position based in Sydney.

What you'll be doing

1. Leading a team of electricians to complete installations, maintenance, and repair work to the highest standard

2. Ensuring all work adheres to relevant safety regulations and industry best practices

3. Reviewing and approving work carried out by the team, providing feedback and guidance as needed

4. Liaising with clients & project managers to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional customer service

5. Troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues on site

6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all work performed

7. Mentoring and training more junior members of the electrical team

What we're looking for

1. Fully qualified and licensed Electrician, with a minimum of 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience

2. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an electrical contracting business

3. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance procedures

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills

5. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints

6. Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and power tools

7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

8. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
