Current Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead the delivery of a major commercial construction project in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

We specialise in commercial construction projects typically ranging from $10M to $100M+ in value and are looking for a proven site leader who can take ownership of site operations, coordinate labour, manage programme requirements and maintain strong relationships with builders, consultants and subcontractors.

This is not a stepping-stone supervisory role. We are seeking someone with demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects, leading site teams and driving outcomes with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will act as Current Group's primary site representative and work closely with our Project Manager to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on site
• Coordinate daily site activities and short-term programming
• Read, interpret and implement drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Liaise with builders, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage labour resources, productivity and site performance
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
• Oversee safety compliance and site documentation
• Identify and resolve site issues before they impact programme or cost
• Report progress, risks and opportunities to the Project Manager
• Assist with commissioning, defect management and project handover

About You

• A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Minimum 10 years industry experience
• Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects
• Experience managing site teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
• White Card
• Current Driver's Licence
