The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Lead Air Conditioning Installer to join our growing team.

Whether you're a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic, a dual-trade Electrician/Refrigeration Technician, or a licensed Electrician with a Cert II installer qualification, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of residential, multi-residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish. Our workload includes custom homes, townhouse developments, unit complexes and a growing pipeline of larger projects.

With several exciting developments underway and new opportunities on the horizon, you'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of installations while expanding your skills and experience. You'll work alongside apprentices and other technicians, helping guide team members while maintaining the high standards of workmanship and customer service we're known for.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll be a qualified and experienced air conditioning professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. You'll be reliable, professional and capable of working independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

You will hold either a Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, or be a licensed Electrician with a Cert II installer qualification. Dual-trade candidates are highly regarded but not essential.

You will also hold a current Queensland Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted), ARCtick Licence, White Card and Manual Driver's Licence. A QBCC Licence will be highly regarded where applicable. If you do not currently hold CPR and LVR certification, we are happy to support the right candidate in obtaining these qualifications.
