We're a tight crew operating out of Canning Vale — proper warehouse and office setup, not a backyard operation — and we're looking for a qualified electrician who holds themselves to the same standard we do.

Here's what we are looking for:

We're a small team (and we like it that way) looking for an A-Grade Electrician who knows their way around solar and battery systems. SAA accreditation is a must.

You'll be working alongside blokes who actually know what they're doing, on residential and commercial projects where quality matters more than how many jobs we can rush through in a day. We reward hard work, not just talk about it - and when things get busy, the overtime is there if you want it.

What we're after

• A-Grade Electrician with SAA solar accreditation (CEC and battery ticket a bonus)

• Someone who takes pride in their work and cares about the finish

• Someone who can lead a team and perform

• Someone with work ethic, solar is a physical job and at Bolton Ec we reward hard work properly.

• Good with customers — we deal directly with the homeowners, so communication matters

• Reliable — the kind of person the team can count on

• White Card, driver's licence, height safety tickets

What you get

• $50–$70/hr depending on tickets and experience

• Company van, tools, and gear sorted

• 3–4 man teams — you're never out there doing it solo

• Bonus structure — 3 jobs per week standard, anything above that pays more

• Monday to Friday with weekend work available if you want it

• Away work opportunities with solid bonuses

The necessary stuff:

·       Current A-Grade Electrical Licence

·       SAA Solar accreditation

·       Battery accreditation (or working toward it)

·       White Card & valid driver's licence

·       Height safety tickets
