A well-established industrial manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced Industrial / Maintenance Electrician to join their maintenance team. This is a hands-on, site-based role working across a complex processing facility with a strong focus on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

The Role
This position involves a mix of preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance across a range of industrial machinery and automated systems. You will be working closely with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure plant reliability and minimise downtime in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems (where required)
• Attend breakdowns, faults, and emergencies to restore plant performance quickly and safely
• Work across conveyors, motors, control systems, automation equipment, and instrumentation
• Fault-find and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems
• Support continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS systems
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to support plant efficiency
• Ensure all work is completed in line with HSEQ, GMP, and site safety standards
• Contribute to project and installation works when required

Experience: 
• Qualified A-Grade Electrician (mandatory)
• Strong background in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy plant maintenance environments
• Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills across complex machinery
• Experience with PLCs and automation systems (Allen Bradley preferred)
• Exposure to SCADA systems and industrial control software
• Competent with CMMS systems (e.g. MEX or similar)
• Strong understanding of safe work practices and AS3000 compliance
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or within a team
• Forklift and EWP tickets highly regarded
