Joyce Mechanical Services is seeking a qualified Auto Electrician to join our Mackay workshop team. This is a dayshift-only residential position working on a diverse range of heavy earthmoving equipment in a modern, purpose-built facility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Electrical rebuilds on heavy earthmoving equipment

  • Fault finding and diagnostics

  • Designing, creating and repairing custom wiring harnesses

  • Complete machine rewiring and cabin overhauls

  • Accessory and auxiliary system installations

  • Air conditioning repairs and servicing (if licensed)

About You

  • Trade-qualified Auto Electrician

  • Ideally 1–2 years post-trade experience

  • Experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment

  • Air Conditioning Licence highly regarded

  • Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship and teamwork
