Commercial Electricians & Site Supervisors – Melbourne

About the role:

You'll work alongside the project manager to oversee site teams, coordinate day-to-day activities, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. Most of your work will be commercial fit outs, from office spaces to small-to-medium industrial projects, so experience in this area is essential.

You'll be backed by strong internal systems, a leadership team that values your input, and a site culture built on doing good work together.

What you need:

• Qualified Electrician with a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience

• Proven experience leading teams on-site

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills

• EWP, LVR/CPR, and manual driver’s license (preferred)
