Rutherford Electrical Engineering Services (REES) High Voltage Division has grown to be the preferred supplier to many customers in the Hunter and surrounding areas requiring specialist work in the fields of HV electrical installation and maintenance, HV cable jointing, protection testing, borehole cable and high wall cable installations.
We are currently looking for a motivated Cable Jointer (Field Service / Site) to join our team.
You may be responsible for:
HV Maintenance, Protection testing and circuit breaker maintenance
Install HV/LV terminations & inline joints across numerous cable types (XLPE, Paper Lead, EPR)
HV and LV cable installations
Assist with HV Maintenance
Assist with HV testing
Borehole and high wall cable installations
Services location and identification

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to have:
A great attitude with attention to detail
Hold a Cert III in Cable Jointing and/or an electrical trade certificate
A high standard of safety and quality
Manual drivers license
Highly regarded but not essential:
High Risk Work Licence (Forklift/ EWP)
Experience in the mining/heavy industry
HR drivers licence
