Are you a licensed electrician looking to move into technology systems?

Audio Visual integration is one of the fastest growing sectors in commercial construction — combining electrical infrastructure with network technology, automation and digital communication systems.

The Ci Group is seeking electricians who want to expand their trade into AV system integration.

No previous AV experience required — we will train the right candidates.

What You'll Be Working On

Our team installs technology systems that power modern workplaces including:

• Corporate meeting rooms and boardrooms
• LED video walls and digital displays
• Distributed speaker systems
• Video conferencing and collaboration technology
• Control and automation systems

What the Job Involves

Much like electrical installation work, the role involves:

• Installing structured cabling (Cat6, fibre and speaker cable)
• Mounting displays, speakers and AV equipment
• Building equipment racks and technology cabinets
• Installing power distribution and equipment infrastructure
• Reading installation drawings and system schematics
• Testing and commissioning systems

What We're Looking For

• Licensed electrician or electrical apprentice nearing completion

• Ability to read technical drawings

AV experience is not required, but highly regarded.
