Add Staff Group is currently recruiting experienced Commercial Electricians and Foreman for commercial construction projects across Brisbane’s south side.
We’re partnering with a highly respected electrical contractor known for delivering quality work, maintaining safe sites, and looking after their people. With a strong pipeline of ongoing projects, this is a great opportunity to secure consistent work with a reputable team.

As a Commercial Electrician on this project, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. You’ll be working on commercial construction projects, contributing to all stages of the electrical installation and fit-out.

What you'll be doing:
As a Commercial Electrician on this project, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. You’ll be working on commercial construction projects, contributing to all stages of the electrical installation and fit-out.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial electrical systems
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Cable tray, conduit, fit-off, switchboards and general site works
- Testing and commissioning installations to Australian Standards
- Working safely to site requirements and timelines
- Collaborating effectively with project managers, other trades, and safety personnel.
- Competitive hourly rates: $55–$70/hr (based on role)
- Daily travel allowances
- Overtime and penalty rates available
- Ongoing work on established projects
- Supportive site teams and strong safety culture
- Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor
- Current QLD Electrical Licence
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current CPR/LVR
- 3–5+ years’ experience in commercial construction environments
- Experience on large commercial or government projects highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Reliable transport to southside project locations
- Full working rights in Australia
