Maintenance Electricians – Food Industry (Multiple Positions Available)
Rate: $39.95/hr (with a 6‑month review to $41.16/hr upon successful performance)
Location: Near Aberdeen
Shifts: Monday–Friday

Roster Options:
Permanent Days: 5:00am – 1:00pm
Permanent Afternoons: 12:30pm – 8:30pm
Rotating Roster: Alternating between days and afternoons

We are seeking two Maintenance Electricians to join a leading food manufacturing operation. These roles suit electricians who enjoy fast‑paced production environments and take pride in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient machinery.


Key Responsibilities • Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults across automated and PLC‑controlled machinery
• Support production teams to minimise downtime and maintain output
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and food industry standards
• Assist with equipment upgrades, continuous improvement, and reliability initiatives


Requirements • A‑Grade Electrical Licence (or equivalent)
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is highly regarded
• Strong electrical fault‑finding and problem‑solving capability
• Exposure to PLCs, automation, and sensor systems is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a maintenance team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
