Joyce Mechanical Services is looking for a qualified Auto Electrician to join our Mackay workshop on a 7:7 or 5:2 residential roster. This dayshift-only role involves working on heavy earthmoving equipment in a purpose-built facility, with the benefit of being home every night.

You’ll be part of a strong, family-oriented team that takes pride in delivering high-quality service to the mining and civil sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

Electrical rebuild work on heavy earthmoving machines
Creating/repairing custom harnesses
Fault finding and diagnostics
Rewiring and cabin overhauls
Air conditioning repairs (if licensed)
Accessory / auxiliary system fit-outs

What We’re Looking For

Trade-qualified Auto Electrician

1–2 years post-trade experience (ideal)

Previous experience with heavy earthmoving equipment

Air Conditioning Licence (highly regarded)

Commitment to quality and safety
