About The Opportunity

The organization is experiencing strong growth and is in search of personnel who are energetic and experienced with an exceptional understanding of manufacturing and plant facilities space.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the site maintenance team by attending to machine breakdowns, performing routine and preventative maintenance, and providing automation support across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems within an industrial automation and manufacturing setting.

Candidates must demonstrate foundational troubleshooting capabilities with PLCs and automation systems to effectively contribute to diagnostic and repair activities.

This is a day-shift position focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial and automation equipment that supports the site's 24-hour processing and operational demands.

We are seeking long‑term team players who can participate in a rostered call‑out system and who bring strong knowledge and experience within the manufacturing and industrial automation sector. Ideal candidates will be motivated, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running with the support of an experienced team.

An A‑Grade Electrical Licence is mandatory for this role due to the specialized electrical work involved.

A minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in industrial automation and manufacturing environments is essential.
