Service & Maintenance Electrician - Sydney CBD / North Sydney

Location: Sydney CBD & North Sydney
Pay Rate: $50-$55 per hour + super

We are a small but rapidly growing electrical company based in Sydney, currently expanding due to the successful award of multiple new service and maintenance contracts across commercial buildings in the CBD and North Sydney. We're looking for a skilled Service & Maintenance Electrician to join our team and grow with the business.

About the Role

This position focuses primarily on reactive and preventative maintenance across a range of commercial buildings. You'll be working across sites in the Sydney CBD and North Sydney, responding to service calls, carrying out scheduled maintenance, and helping ensure electrical systems remain safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding

• Perform preventative maintenance across commercial sites

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently

• Complete testing, inspections, and compliance checks

• Liaise with building managers and clients on site

• Maintain clear job documentation and reports

Requirements

• NSW Electrical Licence

• Experience in commercial service and maintenance

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage service jobs

• Valid driver's licence
