Electrician

We’re looking for a Qualified Electrician to join H. Irwin Electrical in Adelaide, South Australia.

We’re not a massive corporate outfit, and we’re not a messy small operator either.

We are aiming to hit 4 vans on the road within the next 8 months, and currently cannot keep up with the workflow we have.

What the Role Entails:

This role is for a qualified sparky who wants steady work, good systems, a supportive team, and the chance to grow into more responsibility over time.

You’ll be working across a mix of residential and commercial jobs and trusted to run tasks properly without being micromanaged.

In this role, you’ll own:

• quality installations and repairs

• fault finding and troubleshooting

• high customer service standards

• safe, compliant electrical work

• clean finishes and attention to detail

• clear job notes and documentation where needed

Skills We’re Looking For:

This role is equal parts technical skill + professionalism.

You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room, but you do need to be the kind of electrician customers trust instantly.

Must-haves:

• Current electrical licence (qualified electrician)

• 3+ years’ experience post-trade

• Strong troubleshooting + fault-finding ability

• Great communication and customer service

• Safety-first mindset

• Clean work, tidy presentation, high standards

• Ability to work well solo, but also as a Team when needed
