We’re looking for Painters / Blasters / Fitters / Electricians / Welders to join our skilled team at our Harwood shipyard. Whether you are an experienced or willing to learn, we want to hear from you!
From building new vessels to maintaining our existing fleet, this is your opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a real impact in the marine industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Building and maintaining vessels in our shipyard
Maintenance of trade tools and equipment
Working in confined spaces and at heights
Working across a range of shipbuilding and repair projects
Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and on schedule
Communicating well with your team and project stakeholders
What You’ll Need:
A Trade Certificate (for fitter/electrician/welder positions)
Experience (desirable)
Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to meet deadlines
Commitment to teamwork and safety
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Required Tickets:
White Card
Confined Spaces ticket – or willingness to obtain
Desirable Tickets:
HRWL (Forklift, dogman, crane)
Working at Heights
EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
