Key Responsibilities, will include, but not be limited to:

Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of GPS Tracking Systems, Mobile DVR Systems and Driver Safety and Fatigue Management products.
Lodge and review product warranty claims, including evaluation and providing recommendations for technical solutions.
Manage installation and service records.
Ensure data is accurate and maintain the privacy and data protection of our clients.
Read and understand wiring diagrams, installation manuals, schematics and instructions of products.
Install a variety of auto accessories, including audio systems, lighting, interior enhancements, and exterior modifications.
Conduct inspections to ensure all accessories are installed correctly and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with customers to understand their preference and provide expert advice on accessory options.
Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and accessories to offer innovative solutions to customers.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring efficient work practices.

About You:

Proven experience in a similar role, with a history of installations in the vehicle telematics space.
Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, installation manuals, schematics and instructions.
Strong knowledge of automotive accessories and installation techniques.
Ability to work independently and adapt to various work environments.
Detailed-orientated with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Possess excellent time management skills to meet scheduled deadlines.
Be well versed in the use of a computer, mainly in the Microsoft 365 suite.
Hold a valid C-Class Drivers Licence.
HR Drivers Licence (Desirable).
Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, police check and drug & alcohol screening (the tests are mandatory for site work and will be conducted regularly as per client requirements).
