Auto Electrician

Our Auto Electricians are a key part of the team here at Penske, with all manner of vehicles coming in and out of the workshop we need someone with an eye for detail, and extensive experience in Auto Electrics - hopefully in the heavy vehicle space.

Not only will you work alongside a fantastic team of techs, you'll have the ability to build your skills and career by working on our premium brands of vehicles. Our state-of-the-art facility will provide you with the environment you need to thrive. On our 4 x 10 roster, you'll carve time back into your week to spend time with friends and family.

About you:

Trade qualification as an auto electrician
Extensive on the job experience as an auto electrician, ideally in a heavy vehicle environment
An eye for detail and strong technical experience in diagnostics
The ability to read and interpret wiring designs, and use technical data to its maximum potential
Exhibit a sound technical knowledge and experience with American or European trucks - Volvo, Mack Scania, or Kenworth.
Experience in Western Star, MAN Trucks & Bus, Dennis Eagle, mtu, Detroit and Allison Transmission products would be highly advantageous
Easily work independently, take the job and run with it, but just as happy working in a team
Have effective communication and teamwork skills, and actively promote Penske's values and purpose.
Happy to work in the workshop, or step into the field where needed.
