Energex URD Electrician

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Energex / URD Electrician to join our team.

We’ve been operating for over 10 years and have built a solid crew. We're not a big corporate outfit – just a good team that takes pride in the work and looks after each other. We're now looking for the next person to come on board.

What the role involves:

• Reading plans and specs and applying them on site

• Working through problems as they arise and keeping the team updated

• Following site procedures and safety requirements

• Planning your work and making sure you’ve got what you need to get the job done

• Dealing with clients, suppliers and the team in a professional way

You’ll need to have:

• QLD Electrical Licence

• Current Driver’s Licence

• White Card

• Solid AS3000 understanding

• Experience working on the Energex network

• Experience with overhead and underground reticulation

• Good communication and problem solving skills

• A strong focus on safety and quality work

Bonus points if you also have:

• Low voltage switching experience

• EWP ticket (11m+)

• MR or HR licence
