"You’re a great electrician- you genuinely enjoy what you do and are often the one being sent to the tricky jobs because you’re great at problem solving and getting the best outcome for the client.

You want to work for a reputable business who do a wide range of projects. You want bosses who are actually invested in the business, who invest in their staff and their development and who don’t compromise quality for profits.

You’re ready to progress in your career. You’ve seen the boom of solar and know the sector is only going to get bigger and would like to expand your skills/knowledge into solar/batteries. You’re not content on being ‘just a sparky’- you think much bigger picture and want a path forward for your career.

This role is for Lynton Electrical & Solar - we mostly do work across the Sydney Metro Area. We’re green energy focused with work ranging from solar and batteries, to builders and service work.

We’re a small team but growing. We need an electrician to come on board to help free up the Directors. We’re willing to put you through the qualifications to take on Solar & Battery projects, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn much more about business from managing the projects, estimating and dealing with clients and everything that goes into running a business.

In the future we want to have different teams dedicated to both solar and service work, so there is the opportunity to become a Manager of an area of the business.

The role is full time, Mon-Fri, comes with a car & phone, as well as any training and development you might need.

If this got you excited, please apply now."
