Experienced Electrician

Join the growing team at Duncon Electrical, a trusted electrical contractor servicing the Sunshine Coast. We are seeking an Experienced Electrician who takes pride in high‑quality workmanship, strong safety practices, and professional customer service.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4-5 years of electrical experience. Accredited in solar and battery installation (preferred)

About the Role

You will be responsible for a wide range of electrical work across residential, commercial, solar and maintenance projects. The position offers stability, an exciting supportive small team and opportunities to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, and fault‑finding

• Work across residential, commercial, and light industrial environments

• Install and commission solar panels and battery systems

• Maintain strict WH&S compliance and contribute to a safe work culture

• Complete job notes, documentation, and workflows using the Simpro software platform

• Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members

• Uphold Duncon Electricals quality, safety, and customer service standards

What We Offer

• $55+p/h & overtime rates if required, negotiable based on qualifications/experience

• Car allowance - $14,000 per annum

What You Need

• Fully qualified and licensed Electrician (A‑Grade)

• Accredited in solar and battery installation (preferred)

• Strong commitment to WH&S and safe work practices

• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities

• Current Driver's License

• Must have own vehicle

• Must have own tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Australian work authorisation required for this position
