Electricians – Night Shift – Solar Farm (Wellington, NSW)

Elite Resource Australia is seeking Trade‑Qualified Electricians for urgent night‑shift commercial solar farm maintenance and repairs in Wellington, NSW, commencing Sunday, 8 March.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to large‑scale renewable energy systems, supported by strong pay rates, stable hours, and a professional team.

 

NIGHT SHIFT DETAILS

• Night shift only

• 5 pm start time

• Consistent hours across the project

 

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance & repair across the solar farm

• Supporting safe and efficient operations

• Ensuring compliance with all electrical and WHS standards

• Solar or commercial electrical experience highly regarded

 

Pay Rates – Electricians

• $60/hr – Base

• $75/hr – OT1

• $105/hr – OT2

 

Accommodation & Allowances

• Accommodation provided in Dubbo, NSW

• Meal allowance included

• Daily transport provided between Dubbo and Wellington

 

Requirements

• Valid Construction White Card

• Current LVR/CPR

• NSW or nationally recognised Electrical Licence

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a trade‑qualified electrician

• Must have own hand tools – e.g., socket set, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.

• Must have own power tools – e.g., cordless drill and batteries

• Ability to work independently

• Own transport (preferred)
