The Opportunity

We’re searching for an experienced A-Grade Electrician who is looking for more than just a job — someone who may feel stagnant or undervalued in their current role and is ready to grow into a leadership or operations position over time.

You’ll play a critical role in both the delivery of high-standard electrical work and in setting the tone for future team members. This is the ideal opportunity for a driven individual with 5+ years of experience, a passion for quality, and a desire to step up.

What You’ll Do

• Complete a variety of residential and commercial installations, maintenance, and repair work

• Perform quoting, invoicing, and certification tasks accurately

• Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction

• Contribute to a positive team culture and represent our brand professionally

• Use modern tools including Servicem8 for efficient scheduling and reporting

• Maintain safety and quality standards at all times

Who We’re Looking For

•  Fully qualified A-Grade Electrician

• Minimum 5+ years experience, primarily residential

• Confident quoting, invoicing, and completing certificates

• Experience in either security and/or split system air cons,

• Strong communicator, well-presented, and client-friendly

• Own tools and Victorian Driver’s License

• Looking for long-term stability and leadership growth

• Motivated and ready to join a team that values your input
