Workshop Electrician All rounder

About the role:

Praxis is an electrical turnkey solution provider seeking an Electrical TA or Electrician to work in our workshop in Bentley supporting ongoing projects in the Goldfields and Pilbara commencing immediately. The role will involve construction of control panels and switchboards, general fabrication, refurbishment of electrical equipment, testing and inspection of equipment, and general workshop duties. Our Engineers and Senior Technicians will help you improve your skills. 

Position is Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. Possible weekend work available. 

Supervisor and Leading Hand positions also available. 

Staff roles considered after probation. 

About you:

Ideally you will have the following qualities:

• Experience in workshop fabrication and panel building

• Perform testing, fault finding, and diagnostics on electrical systems.

• Completion of test documentation and reports

• Produces high quality work 

• Team player

• Logical thinker

• Good communicator

• A grade WA electrical license (preferred)

• Drivers License

• Construction White Card

• National police clearance

• Can pass pre-employment medical
