Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician/Service Technician to join our service team.

This is a hands-on field service role working on industrial boilers, steam systems and process heat equipment across a wide range of commercial and industrial sites.

If you enjoy fault finding, complex systems, and varied industrial work — not just repetitive factory maintenance — this role offers excellent variety and technical challenge.

You'll be based out of our Parkinson workshop, with service work across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

The Role

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and commissioning industrial boilers and steam systems across a range of industrial and commercial sites.

This role involves diagnostics, troubleshooting and hands-on technical work with electrical, control and combustion systems.

Regular travel is required with occasional overnight stays and participation in an on-call roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance and repair of industrial boilers and process heat systems

• On-site fault finding and diagnostics

• Commissioning and start-up of boiler and steam plant

• Installation of electrical controls and related equipment

• Servicing and maintenance of gas trains and combustion equipment

• Supporting plant upgrades and improvement projects

• Conducting energy audits and identifying efficiency improvements

• Delivering professional service and maintaining strong client relationships

About You

You are a trade-qualified electrician with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in industrial environments.

You enjoy solving problems, working across different sites, and being part of a high-performing technical team.

Essential

• Electrical Trade Qualification

• Industrial maintenance experience

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Manual driver’s licence

• White Card

Desirable

• Type B Gas Fitting qualification

• Experience with boilers, steam systems or combustion equipment

• Experience in manufacturing or process plants
