Electrician

We are seeking a motivated industrial electrician to support in the maintenance, installation and fault finding on a wide range of equipment at the sites facility in Pinkenba. 

Key Points
Location: Eagle Farm
Hourly Rate: $57.40 p/hr +penalties 
Shifts/Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time hours, 6am start 

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting preventative and reactive maintenance on plant equipment 
• Installations and improvements to heavy industrial equipment 
• Ensuring safe working practices and compliance with all electrical standards 
• Working collaboratively with maintenance, manufacturing and engineering teams throughout the company. 

Requirements

• Australia accredited electrical Fitter license as a minimum 
• Strong experience within industrial and manufacturing environments 
• Trouble shooting and maintenance experience with: VSD's, PLC's, CNC machinery, automated systems & Electroplating DC rectifiers 
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics 
• Commitment to a workplace safety
