About the Role

As a Senior Solar Installer, you’ll take the lead on solar installations while mentoring junior installers and apprentices.

You’ll be trusted to run jobs properly, maintain high standards, and deliver quality work for customers.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Installing residential and commercial solar and battery systems

• Leading installation crews on site

• Switchboard upgrades and associated electrical work

• Ensuring all work meets CEC and electrical compliance standards

• Mentoring apprentices and supporting junior installers

• Maintaining high safety standards on every job

• Representing the company professionally with customers

About You

You’re a qualified electrician who wants to progress from being on the tools over the next twelve months to managing a team and driving the operations.

You enjoy being part of a good crew, running quality installs, and doing the job properly.

You’ll Ideally Have

• QLD Electrical Licence

• CEC Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)

• Solar and battery installation experience

• LVR / CPR

• Working at Heights

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

If you don’t have all certifications yet, training will be provided for the right candidate.
