Electricians Local and FIFO - $110K - $150K PA

Directions Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting for several experienced Electricians and Mechanical/Electrical Technicians for our client, a leader in hydrocarbon and energy management solutions. We have four immediate vacancies across Perth Metro and the Pilbara.
About the Roles

• Local (Wangara): 2 positions based in the Perth metro area, focused on delivering energy management solutions.
• Local Salary: $100k - $110k PA + allowances.
• FIFO (Pilbara): 2 positions on a 2/1 roster with flights and quality single-person accommodation provided.
• FIFO Salary: $130k - $150k PA + site allowances and tax-free LAFHA.
• Scope: Assembly, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fuel tanks, hybrid generators, PV systems, and batteries.

• Equipment: Company vehicle, phone, and laptop/iPad provided for work purposes.

To be successful for these roles you will:

• Hold a current WA Electrical Licence.
• Have experience in the petroleum, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Possess strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Be a self-driven, results-oriented team player with a focus on high-quality workmanship.
• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Hold a valid C class driver’s licence.
• Pass a 3-step onboarding process, including a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
