What you’ll do

• Diagnostics, repairs, breakdowns & warranty work
• Ordering parts & supporting apprentices
• Test drives, safety compliance & quality workmanship
• Start on 38 hours, moving to 45 hours flat week after one pay cycle
• Rosters: 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm (+18% shift allowance)

What you’ll bring

• Post‑trade mechanical experience (HV or LV wanting to step up!)
• Strong technical aptitude
• Bonus: Experience with Volvo/Mack
• Enjoys mentoring juniors

⚡ AUTO ELECTRICIANS | $55–$60/hr + penalties | Permanent | Flexibility + Training + Career Progression | Sunshine Coast & Toowoomba
 
We’re seeking Auto Electricians for hands‑on diagnostic work, fitting/repair tasks, and apprentice mentoring roles. Multiple positions available — choose the setup that suits you best.
 
What you’ll do

• Electrical & mechanical diagnostics
• Fitments, urgent repair work & customer service
• Using diagnostic tools to identify and repair faults
• Optional apprentice mentoring roles (Toowoomba) supporting 4–6 apprentices
• Flexible roster options:
  • Days only
  • 9-day fortnight (Sunshine Coast!)
  • Rotating roster with 18% loading for nights (Toowoomba)

What you’ll bring

• Qualified Auto Electrician
• OR LV mechanic with strong electrical/Euro brand experience
• Strong communication & teamwork
• Interest in coaching juniors (ideal but not required)
