Springers Solar – QLD’s biggest battery installer – is hiring sparkies!

$55/hr without tickets | $60/hr (with all SAA tickets)

✅ Part of a large team with labourers, roofers and apprentices sent to every job (limited roof work required)

✅ Plenty of overtime if you want it

✅ 13 RDOs + 17% leave loading (long weekend every 4 weeks)

✅ Free parking at our Sunshine Coast store – jump in the truck, no travel costs (travel part of your days wage)

✅ Training & support to get all your tickets + SAA accreditation

About the role:

✅ Full-time permanent role

✅ Install, connect & commission solar and battery systems

✅ Service and repair when needed

✅ Work safely to standards and provide solid customer service
