Due to a secured pipeline of residential construction work, we are seeking experienced A-Grade Electricians to join our growing Residential Construction team.

In this role, you will take the lead on domestic new home projects as allocated by our Residential Supervisor. You will run your own jobs, oversee apprentices and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Projects are located across Gippsland, Pakenham, Clyde and Melbourne’s South-East.

Our residential division continues to expand, with a well-established team now operating from our Pakenham base. You’ll be joining a high-performing crew delivering quality residential outcomes, with genuine opportunities for career progression and leadership development as the business continues to grow.

With a strong forward workload already secured, this is a fantastic opportunity for electricians looking for stable, long-term work within a supportive and professional team environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee electrical works on designated domestic construction projects
Lead and supervise apprentices on site
Work closely with Supervisors and Management to meet daily tasks and project timelines
Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades on site
Maintain compliance with all WHS standards and site requirements
Manage time efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule

⚙️ Qualifications & Requirements

Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence
Current White Card
Working With Children Check
Current Driver’s Licence
Proven experience in residential electrical projects
Ability to manage jobs and lead a small crew on site
