Your Impact

Quality Installations
Lead the installation and commissioning of residential solar PV and battery storage systems to the highest standard.

Technical Execution
Interpret site plans and technical drawings to ensure precise and compliant installations.

Safety & Compliance
Maintain a safe worksite and ensure all electrical work complies with current Australian Standards and regulations.

Collaboration
Work effectively alongside roof installers and trade assistants to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Customer Service
Represent Brightlec professionally, explaining system operation and handover procedures to homeowners.

Maintenance & Service
Perform system testing, diagnostics, fault finding, and maintenance on existing solar and battery systems.

What You Bring

• Current Queensland Electrical Licence

• SAA Accreditation (Solar) with Battery Endorsement

• Experience in residential solar and battery installations

• Strong attention to detail and pride in neat, compliant installations

• Positive attitude and ability to work within a small, high-performing team

• Valid manual driver’s licence

• White Card

• Current Low Voltage Rescue & CPR

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors
